We regret that we are unable to take orders or deliver items outside the UK at the moment.
Delivery
For orders of 10 items or more, delivery is free of charge. We charge 1.99 for delivery of orders for 9 items or fewer. For this purpose, we define an "item" as anything that carries its own price in the website e.g. a pack of 4 sheets of wrapping paper is one item.
Fully-paid orders which have been authorised & approved by our card processor (HSBC) will be posted or dispatched to you on the same or next working day. Most orders will be sent by Royal Mail First Class, however we may send parcels weighing more than 2kg by other services, and we reserve the right to make alternative delivery arrangements if we see fit. We do not dispatch at the weekend or on Public Holidays.
Most mail posted to UK addresses using the Royal Mail First Class service arrives one working day after dispatch. However, if you wish to be absolutely safe, please allow three working days for delivery, especially during the busy pre-Christmas period.
We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver by Royal Mail. If you would like your order to be posted by Special Delivery, which guarantees delivery on the next working day following posting, (but please note that your signature will be required by the postman) at the higher shipping cost of 5.00, please request this service where prompted during the order process. Please note that orders dispatched by Special Delivery on Fridays may not be delivered to you until Monday.
Payment
Payment for orders must be received in full before the order is dispatched. We accept payment in Sterling only, by credit or debit card (not American Express or Diners) or cleared personal cheque.
